Pork
We mainly import pork from our neighbouring countries of Germany and Austria. The German and Austrian farmers prefer the same pig breeds as their Swiss colleagues. To keep transport routes as short and animal friendly as possible, we take care to select pig farms that are located within a radius of 200 km from an abattoir.
In addition to traditional pork products, our range also includes exclusive Iberico pork from Spain. This meat is distinguished by is subcutaneous fat and unmistakably exquisite taste.

Our extensive programme ranges from nutty Iberico meat to prime cuts of Large White and Landrace pigs. Our specialists are also the right contact persons for suckling pigs.

During the incoming goods inspection, for example, we check compliance with the product specification and declaration as well as the packaging and presentation of the goods.
